It’s a thing from like trade shows and county fairs. The hucksters there will have their little portable PAs and the goofy mic setup is a staple from those. His aggressive sales approach in the original ads is directly lifted from that environment.

Shamwow was an “as seen on tv” infomercial for an absorbent towel in the late 2000s. It was very popular on youtube. There were several channels that did fake comedy dubs over the original commercial.
Adding to this, the original commercials have the weirdest scripts, which is why they were parodied. I think he was doing a package deal where you get a shamwow towel and a nut chopper/blender thing? And then he goes “You’re gonna love my nuts!” as he demonstrates how to use the nut doohicky thing. It’s really awkward phrasing (obvious intentional innuendo).
