3·2 months agoIt’s a wonderfully written song. The lyrics are profound. It makes me think of my reckless youth, and wanting to go fast and live for today, and now things are beginning going the other way; I’m thinking about the future, my daughter and son, and what I shape I leave them in emotionally, mentally, physically.
I dunno wtf it is, I’ve been real goddamned wistful as of late and beyond the wistfulness it’s making me think of those who will come after me. I think I’m in some sort of phase of my life, I just haven’t figured out which one yet.
