Im on valerate, 20mg/ml, i draw to the 4 mark (0.4 ml) on my syringe, with 0.5 deadspace so injecting roughly 3.5, once per week. I miss being on enenthate because i felt more stable. Im only supposed to inject 2.5 per week, but i upped it due to mood swings. I still get a bit moodswingy/emotionally unstable around injection day, but im much happier at 3.5.

But my mood really stabilised once i started taking prog every day (200mg). It helped a lot.

  • .15ml of 20mg/ml valerate (3mg). I think they might have told me to switch to .1ml (2mg) at the last appointment, but the prescription still says .15mL and I gained summer weight and started getting horny again and started getting moody on the day before injection-day, so I started doing .15mL again.

.28 ml of 40mg/ml EC every ten days for the past couple of years. I feel pretty stable for the first 8 or 9 days, but on that 10th day I’m just ready to crash. Not really moody, just exhausted.

Well, exhausted and spray-bottle. I need to get my levels checked at some point, because I know that could be an indication that my E is dipping too low to fully suppress the AMAB curse. The joys of DIY in a “muh bafrooms” transphobe-infested red state…

I’ve been on Valerate 20mg/mL 0.25mL Q14 days for a while now, used to have massive mood swings if I missed a dose but these days I’ve not noticed such huge swings. I went PO for a few years in the middle and my consistency tanked needing it QID, going back has meant I really don’t need blockers anymore which is nice since I suck at remembering to take pills.

I’m on valerate 20mg/ml 0.2ml every 7 days. I really can’t complain, it feels way more stable than when I was on pills, last testing I was at 250pg/ml.
