Strange how so many conservatives are now so concerned about stochastic terrorism, a seemingly non-existent concept we apparently invented in 2023 in order to silence Chaya Raichik.

What do they want us to do about all this “dehumanizing rhetoric” from the left? Ban hate speech from social media just like Elon Musk didn’t? Or is it that we always be nice, polite, and restrained at all times while they have to be allowed to hurl slurs at marginalized people because censorship bad?

If we couldn’t explain to chuds how Helldivers is satire, we’re gonna have a really, really hard time doing some kind of semiotic breakdown explaining how groypers take anti-fascist satire and turn it into fascist memes, like Bella Ciao and the other casing engraving.

Or I guess you could just not do that and if they insist the shooter was a leftist you just say “yeah looks like the right better shut up and start hiding”

These people are so caught up in their ultimate version of proper society that a slight difference turns someone who agrees with 99% of their beliefs into a fascist

This is just a more public version of when the Knights of the Burning Cross try to kill the Knights of the Flaming Cross

But yeah I agree. A not insignificant portion of the American populace legitimately believes Hitler was a socialist. How do you explain the meta-ironic post-truth Nazi hyperreality of being a fucking Fuentes groyper? False consciousness and chan culture is probably a good start I guess but I wouldn’t know where to go from there.

“Never believe the antisemites are unaware of the absurdity of their claims.”

They know fascists appropriate leftwing rhetoric. They know the shooter wasn’t trans or an anti-fascist. They say the wrong things on purpose to downplay their involvement so they can justify the abuse they plan to dish out later. It’s the “I wasn’t racist but then you called me a racist so now I am,” shtick they do with everything.

Charlie Kirk calling for LGBTQ+ to be stoned to death while Dems give him a handjob under the table praising him for taking his “difference of opinion to the free marketplace of ideas”.

I don’t get comments like these.

It’s incredibly easy to prove that charlie kirk was a racist, sexist and fascist, to the point where no one who liked him actually think those are bad things. Maybe a decade or so ago I could see the point of doing this little theatre for the sake of more “respectable” conservatives who cared about optics, but today’s mainstream conservatism just says the quiet part out loud, so who is this for?

Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.

You underestimate just how brain melted the average American is, especially Americans who describe themselves as conservatives. Fascism is background radiation to them. They no longer feel it. Racism is so deep in their bones they don’t recognize it in others unless it’s someone screaming the n-word, but probably not even then. They’re so primed that they didn’t recognize Musk’s salute as a Nazi gesture.

Like sure there are a lot of cynics, and conservatives often are simply doing a game because they have no true beliefs other than white supremacy. But the average conservative is absolutely cooked and pudding brained. They see someone like Kirk and simply don’t hear the racism. Maybe because they know even worse racists, maybe because they have zero thoughts in their head. The major reason is because America is so fucking racist that someone like Charlie Kirk seems like a well spoken middle ground to more overt racists

The bigger, more ridiculous the lie, the bigger and better display of in-group fascist loyalty

If it looks like right wing influencer and politicians are competing to tell the biggest fattest lie, it’s because they are.

This isn’t for anyone, fascists have melted their brains and sincerely believe this.

I think the prominent Dems like Obama coming out and condemning it is maybe signalling to the capitalist class that they’re fine with fascism?

No one fucking cares when the fascists do it. Hell, every time a fascist does such a crime everyone and their mother shove each other out of the way to say “We are totally ok with this happening!”

Why the hell is it our fault that pork-on-pork violence happens so often anyway? Get y’alls shit together before you point your finger at the tiny, irrelevent political minority.
