How can someone agree with this, and claim they love America? The government structure is one of the main tenants of America. What do you enjoy about this country if not that?

If the government isn’t letting me enslave my fellow man it’s not my government! After all that’s what the founding fathers wanted!

Absolutely, none of this has anything to do with the government of the United States. When Americans say they “love America,” 99% of them are thinking of things other than the USA as a nation-state. This is why they can’t fathom the concept that someone would hate America, and why it upsets them so much. I’ve had this conversation out with dozens of boomers and terminally burgerbrained xennials. Political literacy simply does not exist in the US.

The 1% of people who are talking about loving the concept of the US as a political entity are Hamilton libs who are imagining civility, decorum, and the aesthetics of American democracy. Everybody else is thinking about baseball, the Mississippi River, grilling in the back yard, or some other vibe that has nothing to do with the federal government as it actually exists.
