Yep exactly. I mean if I was an activist I would just stop referring to anything I do as “antifa” or anything affiliated with me as “antifa” and just keep doing it, as it’s not an actual organization and doesn’t really matter.
The thing is, “antifa” is a blanket term used by reactionaries to describe any kind of left-wing thought or opposition. So by branding “antifa” as a terrorist organization, it gives them the power to persecute any kind of left-wing thought if they desire. So just think of this as the third red scare, I suppose.

Yeah my plan for defeating fascism has always involved learning to defend myself and owning guns. It also heavily involves not letting goof clowns come under the ridiculous assumption that it would be easy or safe to try and murder me.
Liberals with guns taking to the streets? Storming the government offices?
The government can label what they’re doing as legal. Then they can do it. And there isn’t a single thing you can do about it without guns and people willing to use them.
This is the thing with liberals, they thing all the systems are sensible and that can’t ever happen but the reality is that the people with guns make the laws and if you don’t like them well then you need guns to destroy them so you can make your own laws instead. All political power grows from the barrel of a gun.
