I honestly think there’s nobody left in the US government who knows shit about fuck. The whole place has been gutted, every single role to given to friends. All the actually effective ghouls get fired for trying to tell Trump or his nepo babies how fucking dumb every single thing they want to do is.
It’s a result of decades of politicians not reading the bills they’re passing, hell they don’t even have enough staffers to have them do it, they’re just taking their cues on voting from their aligned think tanks, who do most of the bill writing. Which means most of what they do is vibes-based political theater and fundraising, which tie together.
