If you get 600+FPS in a game, why would you want more? What is even the point?
You need 1000 fps for zero motion blur, but nobody has a 1000 Hz display.
This is fucking bullshit man. I can hardly tell the difference between 45 and 60 fps there is no way that that’s important in any way!

The difference between 60 and 120 Hz and even between 120 and 240 Hz is blatantly obvious in this example. It’s about replicating the effect of looking out the side window of a moving car, not just the illusion of motion (which movies do well enough at 24 fps).

the difference between 60 to 120 is noticeable to most people, the difference between 120 and 240 is not always obvious, and I’ve met a small number of people who are not able to consistently tell the difference between 30 and 60
