Fun fact, I work with a guy who used to be a tax-advisor in Arthur Andersen. He left the firm in the late 90s, which means he managed to get out right before the whole shitshow came crashing down circa 2002. The guy I work with never worked for the American branch (main branch of the company). He worked for the danish subsidiary, which was apparently mostly advising the early IT-startups in Denmark back then.
