For now, it is too early to call it a color revolution. We need more evidence for all of us to safely call it that.
My theory is that Nepal’s color revolution triggered plenty of other social uprising around the world. If we search in History, there is a similar event like this which is Napoleon and Bolivar. As context, Napoleon’s revolution was entirely opportunistic, but it inspired independence movements in Latin America.
Also, do you have a source detailing NED involvement in Morocco? I have been following that one and Perú’s for a while too.

Also, my comment may have been a little vague so please excuse that, because there currently exists no direct evidence of NED involvement in the Morocco protests from any sources I’ve been able to find. There’s a website clearly tied to the movement that’s presumably(?) being set up as we speak, which might be able to give us some leads eventually to hopefully help us piece another part of this puzzle together (edit: it was returned to me in a Yandex search result, just for context)
However, after looking for “genz212” word, I found a spanish youtuber talking about them while mentioning their Discord server and Facebook page that goes by the name genz212. So far, there are not signs that there is something wrong that I could notice right away.
Hence I implied that it’s presumably being set up or prepared as we speak, because it seems to have no actual site content pointing outward yet. GenZ212 is simply the name the “movement” adopted in Morocco, 212 being the calling code for that country.
