I don’t believe this is true. At worst it’s ironic and anti-furry. You could make that claim about the 2nd and the 3rd bullet, though, and even there it’s intentionally pretty dubious. They’re all floating signifiers.

Sure, it said “Notices bulges(?) OwO what’s this” which is a meme that everyone from regular old queer people to groypers uses. It’s a symbol that vaguely refers to deviant horniness at this point.
I’m not nearly as online as a lot of folks, so I’m not trying to portray expertise or certainty. I will say that I’ve seen a lot of ‘OwO’ and very little ‘notices bulge’ over the years.
Fair enough, that part is probably more explicit than most people would go with it, but I definitely remember seeing the full thing posted on reddit in contexts that had nothing to do with the far right around 2018-2019.
