it’s not marxist lens (cause it’s rather historical sources debate), but i think glf is less than 20 (but more than 10) (cause how they arrived at 50 is very vibes based about birth rates as well), purges are around 700k, with assorted stuff to famines of around 4-6 million maybe (across ussr) + prison system in general/ethnic displacement of 500 k-1 million (maybe? including during ww2*), off the top of my head.
(although, to be fair, that’s excluding earlier famines during/after civil war, i think they also were very bad, the 27-28 especially)
What are the estimates from a Marxist lens of how many people actually died during the Great Leap Forward, Cultural Revolution, Stalin’s purges, etc?
