    His right arm (left in the photo) and shoulder especially running up into the neck smudge make this a very unconvincing photo.

    Could be a still from a video, I’m suspicious about them calling it a “photo”, since it’s either edited or from a compressed video.

      I don’t think it’s likely it’s from a video, that smudge is a huge artifact. But it also begs the question: how could the Telegraph publish this with the smudge and claim it’s an authentic photo? It’s almost like, too fake looking to be fake, because if they made it themselves it would be very easy to avoid simple mistakes like that.
