I consistently water down my monsters with sparkling water. It adds some fizz which I find lacking in the original, dilutes the overbearing flavor and makes the glass last longer. I usually sip on it through the morning.
Actual athletes would never touch a monster lol (I think they tone down the fizz so that it looks more like a sports drink), but I don’t drink coffee but still enjoy caffeine in the morning to wake up. So it’s usually either a monster or mate.
It’s supposed to be the best tasting of the Monsters, was told it tastes like if you mixed Skittles and Sprite

Nah normal Monster and the Pink Strawberry one both taste better than the White one. Plus there are various other flavours that are frankly better.
