i think you’re invariably gonna end up with less consistent and smooth levels on pills cause if you miss one by 30mins or don’t do the sublingual admin perfectly etc it’s gonna have an impact, especially on your mood which is not desirable of course. so i think you can make the argument that if you’re doing pills near-perfectly, there’s not a meaningful difference in feminising efficacy, but you have to avoid making small mistakes every day that can throw off your mood and physical wellbeing. so I think overall people just feel better and less stressed on shots for these reasons (which is gonna have knock on effects in energy levels, allowing you to better pursue your goals in and out of transition, etc.)
