Not sure how this got in my feed, but I’ll tell ya that about 10 years ago,
I lived in Portland. I was dating a girl that was very kombucha patchouli urban hippy-esque vegan. Anyway, some friends had a potluck and she and two of her friends each brought the same thing…quinoa salad with spinach.
TL;DR I don’t know Jack, but quinoa salad is nice and neutral. Nobody’s going to question why it’s vegan.
