IIRC, Biden said that he has cancer at some point in the middle of his presidency. But it was presented as “a gaffe”.
WE ARE NOT MALARKEY-ING NOW!
Tesla blocks stockholders with less than 3% shares from suing officers on its behalf
Obviously this is the result of settler colonialism - settlers destroying the native species and planting their own, but I would love to see what the “God gave this land to Israel” freaks have to say about this.
Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.
People have been talking about thorium for a loong time. There are still problems with the molten salt design, but even the current problematic designs are more efficient than current nuclear reactors. There was just no R&D spent on it because the thorium cycle uses the weak cuck soy U233, while the current nuclear reactors use the alpha chad U235.
While Gutting USAID, Marco Rubio Quietly Saved Cuban Regime Change Programs
The longtime anti-communist saw programs that support overthrowing the Cuban government restored after they were initially cut off.
But a review of USAID programs shows that, while following the DOGE playbook in public, the secretary of state has quietly safeguarded Cuban regime change programs aligned with the island’s exile base that has long powered his rise.
One of these programs is the anti-communist publication CubaNet, based out of Miami, which saw its nearly $2 million grant cut, then restored. “Our goal has always been to counteract the propaganda of the Castro regime. Without this funding, the government in Havana will have greater freedom to intensify its propaganda and repression,” the news site’s director Roberto Hechavarría Pilia said before the cash was turned back on.:::

It looks like first shipments of highly tariffed stuff are just arriving. The big tariff increase (10% on everything, higher on China) was on April 5th, but tariffs applied only on products that left the port of the originating country (China, EU, etc) on April 6th or later.
The NY Empire State Manufacturing Index fell to -8.1 points in April
6-month outlook for general business conditions plummeted to -7.4
The 6-month outlook for new orders fell to -6.6, the lowest in history.
Prices paid outlook spiked to 65.6
Less stuff being bought and produced, but what is being bought and produced is at higher prices. If only there was a word to describe this.
Trucking volumes are already down 10% and cargo that was dispatched from China on the day that tariffs went into effect was exempt from the tariffs. First tariffed shipments are probably just starting to arrive.
Have no idea who this is, but it is funny how someone on Twitter has to be on call for Elon Musk to deprioritize users in the algorithm.
The European Parliament is in the “final stages” of discussions with Beijing about removing sanctions on its members, smoothing the way for normalised relations with the bloc, according to a spokesperson for the lawmaking body.
“Discussions with the Chinese authorities are continuing and in their final stages,” the spokesperson said.
So Trump said something about “tariff will not be 145%, but more like 50%”, but nothing actually happened, no? No change in policy and negotiations aren’t happening, as far as I know?
MMT is correct when it says that the national debt is not really a thing, but what if everyone in power & everyone around them believes that the national debt is a thing? Well, that can be very problematic.
