Days after a dude killed a completely random person on a bus in my city another person attacked random people with a hammer. This time I was actually near it. Idk what’s happening but this city is on a shithole speedrun lately.

It’s a Jewish boy and I can’t believe I’m saying this but this was bound to happen, police or someone else. The Jewish district is a danger traffic wise. Just today I nearly hit three kids myself who cross the road without looking, even through a red light. I ride my bike there daily and every single day I wonder if someone gets killed. Complete chaos and everyone ignores the traffic rules or exist solely in their own world it seems.
One of my clients actually saw it happen in her way to our office. She said the police car was driving with lights and sirens but the boy just randomly wandered onto the road, far from pedestrian crossing from in between parked cars.
I don’t want to blame the kid because that just seems wrong but sooner or later this was bound to happen. Absolute tragedy.
