i do watch a lot of cdramas especially the costume dramas. i will say they are VERY conservative in what they show. never any tongue kissing. no sex scenes at all. no cleavage. a gay relationship can be implied but never featured. they are even super skiddish about showing a sexual relationship outside of marriage and if they do the people are pretty much already engaged formally anyways. all that said there are some great romances in some of these shows but its a lot of lustful gazing and longing like 30 episodes to get to a kiss sometimes kinda shit.
