I think he might be the type of vague “anti-imperialist” who has otherwise dogshit opinions on things and isn’t worth engaging with outside of his actual work which is generally very good.

I’ve kinda been getting that vibe from him for some reason, can’t really pin down why exactly, but it’s there.
