    I think trump flipping back and forth publicly is just to delay a ceasefire for the public and to not give Ukraine any of the shit like tomahawk missiles that they want.

    I think the trump admin doesn’t want to give Ukraine missiles or a ceasefire and instead wants to prolong the war until Ukraine loses.

          Sort of, my impression is that Europeans are terrified that the US will just leave them to hang with angry Russia on their door step. So, they’ll be happy to take over Ukraine like the whole deal where they buy the weapons from the US as long as they have a backstop from the US.
