Revocation are so good. They have so much technical shit and theory going on in the background you can nerd out on but it doesn’t get in the way of sick riffs that go hard in a mosh. Dave does some of the most tasteful solos I’ve heard in metal, they’re not too long, do something interesting, then get back into the music.
