the 65 year old ex navy (IT nerd, not SEAL) guy I work with LIKES ALL THAT SHIT. He’s so gruff and serious too and all about golf and drinking bourbon but he clearly watches all the same isekai slop I do, not for the sometimes-cool-to-watch fight animation and escapist fantasy, but because he likes all the fucking Waifuism
