he can’t “take up the party line” on issues he has no power over any more than you or i can “support” orgs we have no social connection or path to donate money

I feel like some folks here seem to think that Socialism is when you’re sick and cool. And you’re not a socialist if you’re dumb and lame.
I’m not a huge fan of Ceaușescu, but he was still a Socialist, even if he was a guy who sucked shit and did heinous things to the women of Romania.
