Honestly, I think he doesn’t believe it should be public info. Like, the government can have a unique ID and data for every person in the country. But there’s no need for those people to have the ID #, or a card or something. The ID is in facial recognition, fingerprints, gait, etc. The public doesn’t need to know about the ID system
