I’m not saying he’s great, or that he’s ahead of his time (maybe he’s so far behind the times his brain broke), but I don’t think you could explain this guy from the perspective that he’s a genuine person who’s saying what he really believes.

If it’s not genuine it is a “bit” that has taken over his entire identity years ago, and that just makes it genuine.

He’s a one-in-a-million right-winger who has actually learned how to be funny, a lot of it based on self-deprecating humor.

There was no reflection or self awareness more like stimulus response and zero sense of shame.
