I thought this place was supposed to be “free”, just how much of a user and speech genocide is happening on the backend that there isn’t a single porn server on the whole fediverse ?

I mean, I did notice that you can’t say duck the ducking duckers but I thought that was just a little quirk of my randomnly chosen lemmy instance and it wouldn’t be a problem once I leave this server for my own, greener, self-hosted pastures …

But what’s up ? Is this place also infected with the depraved virulent anti-human morality of americans and their infinite hatred of the sight of the human body ?

    Join a porn friendly instance? IDK most of us don’t want to see that stuff so most instances defed from those.

      So there’s a different lemmyverse with all the porn on it ? Does it have a name ? Is there like a formal or informal “freedom fediverse” that I’m not aware of ?

      I don’t mind seeing some shit, I resent being coddled far more than the occasional boob or nastiness of the world

      Also, isn’t defederation kind of an extreme response ? Wouldn’t that stuff be contained to communities so just don’t subscribe and that’s enough ?

      I mean, I rather hang out with the cool kids who smoke weed and listen to music that sounds like lawn mower

        Federating with another instance essentially means caching/rehosting their content, so it’s easy to see why some instance hosts may not want to deal with that from particular instances. As others have said, you can join an instance that’s more open to everything, or just host your own.

      That’s what gonewild was originally, and also tumblr in its golden days. Ethical free-range porn was unironically a thing for quite a long time, with people producing and engaging pseudoanonymously just for the aesthetic (yes well also sinful touching). I find it ironic that Onlyfans was supposed to be the emancipation of porn creators but actually made everything a lot more sloppy and misogynistic. Almost like capitalism corrupts art?

      I am sorry you were raised on anti-human depraved morality that believe sight of the human body is indecent and to touch yourself with lust is sinful. But most healthy people in the world have an healthy relationship with pornography and do not to see children being butchered to squirt their jollies.

      I agree most porn in existence is boorish slopsploitation that make me more flaccid than a worm. I yearn to see the copulating artists filming themselves as the centerpiece or erotic creation completely abstracted from the corrupt, mundance and pedestrian influence money and other forms of the grotesque consoomtion machine.
