Does anyone know how to contact President Xi? I need him to drop a nuke on South Korea, for a friend.

Is the world really that sad Charlie Kirk got killed? Does almost everybody really buy the framing that he was just debating people because he was on a quest for the truth and wasn’t just an asshole literally being paid by a billionaire to travel the world scapegoating ethnic and sexual minorities to distract us from the crimes of the rich? Please tell me this is just the media bending over backwards to manufacture a narrative.

the capitalist media ecosystem is currently filling its pants with shit in fear that any of them could be next, and trying to get the public on their side

i don’t want to underestimate them tbh, but i also don’t think all that many people really give a shit

Yeah, there’s so much astroturfed bullshit going around right now, the media of every western nation and western ally is trying to make this out as the worst tragedy in a decade. But most of the people I’ve spoken to aren’t falling for it, most of them understand that he was a piece of shit who deserved what he got. Even very liberal “apolitical” people I know weren’t doing the “thoughts and prayers” thing. This whole thing is entirely astroturfed, no one gave a shit about tinyface, but he is far more useful to them as a martyr than he ever was alive.

Yeah it’s uncanny and unsettling to me that they’re holding signs exclusively in English. It’s almost too obvious an American media company printed these.

Even in the videos the crowd is sounds bored and dead, repeating “we are Charlie Kirk”, nothing else.

Compared to any protest from my little city, people are singing songs, banging drums, playing guitars cheering, waving every variety of homemade signs and flags, mostly hand painted, sometimes just on cardboard with sharpie.

Anecdotally, most of my american coworkers had no idea who he was, and their takes on his death ranged from “lol, lmao” to “who fucking cares, it’s just some nobody”. Seems fake to me.

This is one of the times where feeling you’re crazy means you aren’t. I haven’t heard a single person in the real world express so much as an iota of sadness Kirk got got. Everyone is either a) glad he’s dead or b) could not give less of a shit.

The major media are the only ones crying for him, and it’s largely for manufacturing consent reasons

As someone from an evangelical background(became atheist) in Myanmar, there are definitely third world evangelicals who are way too keyed into conservative American politics and propaganda, even firmly believing Trump is an agent of God, so I don’t doubt that it’s probably these types of people who are actually making this a much bigger deal than most.

if a single person in the DPRK even knows who Charlie Kirk is then I’d feel a deep sense of embarrassment and would somehow hate my country of America even more. We’ve already done so many terrible things to the Korean people I can’t imagine also inflicting them with knowing about the most annoying man to ever live.

This is really shitty but also really embarrassingly funny.

Just want to point out that at least one our Korean comrades in the EMPOC meta here have asked people to please not use phrases like ‘Worst Korea’. Calls for nuking is probably included in that, it’s not like they’re Anglos.

Where was this totally organic demonstration at? I haven’t seen anything at all in Seoul this past week but am aware of how deep the brain worms go here

Are they saying that China allowing tourists in without a VISA is somehow a security threat to them? That if people can visit China freely they’ll be brainwashed by the evil SEESEEPEE? Every time I see the brainworms infesting the people of occupied Korea I just feel so sorry for them, they kiss US ass and the US would happily glass their entire half of the peninsula if it harmed the DPRK even slightly. This extreme level of CHUDdery and bootlicking is just awful.

While it’s sweet to mock Occupied Korea, I think we should pay more attention to the huge loss of influence that the recent Hyundai fiasco has caused.
