If those are public schools this is gonna be a big fact whoopsie of lawsuits. If they said something in a classroom or in like a chat with students or whatever that’s one thing. Posting otherwise is 100% protected speech. The professors are a weird gray area (publicly funded uni but they aren’t government employees) but any public school teachers have a solid and easy to win civil rights violation case against any school district dumb enough to do this.

In the mean time, are there any libbed up groups digging up statements mocking George Floyd being murdered, deportation of immigrants, etc.? Tons of public school teachers are republicans.
