For whatever reason it was only featured in the Nintendo Direct for Japan, the rest of the world had to do with tweets for a teaser without gameplay footage. 
If you couldn’t assume from my pfp and reaction images, I love this series because of how much Geo’s character spoke to me. A lot of people were dismissive of it back when it was initially around, recently more people have begun appreciating it and I hope the collection could draw more attention to it.
So far simply a release date of somewhere in 2026. Its main draw over just emulation is the online functionality for easier battling and ability sharing between players (no inter-platform crossplay however).
Truly a week where decades happened.
