From what I gather they seem to think Autism didnt exist before capitalism, I dunno what to say other than how much of an obvious falsehood that is - capitalism gave us structures of education more accessible to the masses and things like biopower, and study into psychology within that structure.

Of course we would only start to understand these things with investigation, merely defining something through research doesnt mean that thing never existed before you observed it, its peak chauvinism to suggest otherwise.
