2) Any Amerikkkan DA pressing charges for this
3) Any Amerikkkan jury convicting someone for this
4) Any Amerikkkan judge not dismissing the case
5) Any Amerikkkan $$upreme KKKourt Justice to not rule the law unconstitutional when it inevitably gets there circa June 2027

And if it gets taken down in this case would it be a legally binding precident against all other such projects?
