    It seems like Somalia is kinda collasping now (again). Al-Shabaab has taken another town in central somalia. Both Jubaland and Puntland have become de-facto independent, Puntland has even arranged a meeting with clan elders of the disputed Khatumo state.

        I am going to be honest. They will likely. I know Trump (and Turkey) have both been flirting with Puntland and Somaliland (since they both border the Gulf of Aden), it seems that they are prepared to basically salvage the “important” parts and let the rest fall. Ethiopia and Kenya are will definitely feel it. Especially since their border regions are majority somali.
