It’s not strictly necessary to kill them all, but if they’d rather die than work like the rest of us proles, that’s their prerogative. But I think they’d flee and become someone else’s gusano problem.

If billionaries and their bootlickers need a place to be confined for work somewhere in Europe might be best.
Put the billionaires in Guantanamo Bay and then give it back to Cuba. Win-win.
