TBH, I have a small personal massager I use for my face. Vibrating the sinuses helps make all the mucus and gunk move, like jiggling a ketchup bottle. It helps my sinus headaches.
But yeah, they knew.
I’m a systems librarian in an academic library. I moved over the Lemmy after Rexxit 2023. I’ve had an account on sdf.org since 2009 (under a different username), and so I chose this instance out of a sense of nostalgia. I do all sorts of fiber arts (knitting, cross stitch, sewing) and love dogs.

7·1 month agoLucky. My old computer bits were disappeared while I was in college in another state. Bye bye, Apple IIe. Bye, PC with all of my stuff on it. My parents didn’t even ask.
3·2 months agoI’m stuck on how the irons are different. That feels like an odd choice and I’m not sure if it’s a meaningful one. Also, why is the modern man’s ironing board so much longer?

(My school banned book bags from middle school onward due to security concerns. It sucked so much having to hold on to 3+ textbooks in my arms for my hour+ bus rides. My arms were buff for a middle schooler.
