I remember the whole fiasco around Brexit and these fucks were complaining they couldn’t keep all of their privileges with none of the responsibility after voting to leave. I’d heard about the large vacation/retirement communities, but I didn’t realize they had gone as far as changing the street signs.
I can’t imagine being a European citizen and not wanting to learn multiple languages. In the US, if you’re not born into a multilingual house/community, you don’t get many opportunities to immerse yourself in anything other than English. Students trying to learn other languages have difficulty because they don’t get access to them like in Europe.
These people are given a gift and instead of embracing it they just want their blood crisps and games of conkerdone mallet pudgeon or whatever the fuck.
