IANAL, but If I were to guess, it was the constant posting of racist bullshit. All judges, but particularly family court judges, do not like posters, and if the other attorney is able to prove that he is a poster, especially a racist one, and the other person is not online, they will put the hammer down, as you are not supposed to discuss this stuff outside of you or your ex’s counsel. It’s a great way to limit your custody.
That said, this is extreme, and there are likely other circumstances, usually drug related, for even having only supervised visits on holidays and no custody.
